Welcome to my Community Partnership Project Toolkit

In the dictionary, partnership is defined as being a form of business where two or more people share ownership, as well as the responsibility for managing the partnership and the income or losses the business generates.

The framework of an effective partnership is the openness, trust, honesty, integrity, common goals, values and vision to guarantee successful results in the partnership.

To maintain the efficacy of an effective partnership is regular, if not constant, communication between partners.  The connection between partners in any partnership should be founded on the guiding principles of mutual trust, respect, genuineness, and commitment.

Any successful partnership builds upon identified strengths and assets of each partner while compensating for each others weaknesses.

Collective Impact partnerships are defined as being the commitment of a group of actors from different sectors to a common agenda for solving a specific social problem, using a structured form of collaboration.  The actors are partners that share a common goal and collective vision to guarantee the partnerships desired results and success.
