The problem in my community that stood out to me most in my scan was the educational attainment breakdown.  According to TownCharts.com the census of data collected between 2010 and 2019 on the zip code of 89123 found that 92% of the community that were old enough had graduated high school; 8% had not finish their high school diploma or an equivalency program (n.d.).  Furthermore,   in the state of Nevada 11.7% of people did not finish high school and 28.1% of people stopped after high school or an equivalency program.

My innovative idea will offer a solution to this community wide problem of education attainment by offering in-person brainstorm sessions and learning opportunities to K-12 students, GED/Equivelancy tests, college prep, life skills, occupational training and whatever anyone wants to learn about! These in person sessions will be featured on our You Tube channel on demand and will be taking requests for video content.
